Your entries stay in this page. Nothing is saved automatically or sent to us. Reloading, changing language or leaving clears the draft. Print a copy before leaving if needed.

01 · Parties & reference
02 · Currency & goods

Use a decimal point, not a comma. Quantity: up to 3 decimal places; unit value: up to 4. JPY/KRW use 0 places, BHD/KWD 3, the others 2. Each line is rounded half up before summing.

03 · Additional amount

Only enter an agreed charge once. This tool does not determine freight, insurance, duty or tax. Blank means unknown, not zero. A zero goods value needs separate confirmation for the shipment.

Fill the details, then check the draft.

    Separate party-detail cards and envelopes

    Start with the actual parties

Use information supplied by the seller and recipient. An abbreviated address may make the review harder.

Product cartons with separate detail cards

    One consistent unit

Use the same basis for quantity and unit value. Separate different goods into individual lines.

    Reviewing a freshly printed sheet

    Read the printed copy

The printed draft retains open checks. Review the PDF or paper copy before sharing it with another party.
